Welcome to ELY VESSA LLC. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These policies are designed to ensure a fair and transparent transaction process for both the consumer and the seller.
I. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We maintain a strict quality control process. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange under the following mandatory conditions:

7-Day Strict Deadline: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery. Requests made after this window will be automatically declined.

Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. The item must be in 100% resalable condition.

Final Inspection: ELY VESSA LLC reserves the sole right to determine if an item has been used or damaged. If an item is returned in a non-resalable condition, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense, and no refund will be issued.
II. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
In accordance with standard U.S. e-commerce practices:

Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Risk of Loss: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ELY VESSA LLC does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
III. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
IV. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report the issue to contact@elyvessa.us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the denial of the claim.
V. GOVERNING LAW
These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these policies shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Albuquerque, NM.
